several people have tried this with good results..generous amount of dish soap or shampoo in the toilet. add a gallon of very hot water- not boiling to the toilet bowel. wait a few min and watch...the water breaks up the tp, and the soap will help it slide down the pipes.
We're fortunate to have the shower right next to the toilet, so since our shower is hand held I can turn it on hot water and just run it into the toilet and it flushes the excess TP down.
All good ideas. In addition are you on septic? If so are you full or are there roots growing into the drain line? They make products to kill tree roots in septic lines. You just flush them down the toilet and let them stand. Find the cause and you will know the solution.
