What is the DIY suggestion for a plugged up toilet bowl.
I remember seeing a suggestion to use vinegar, baking soda, and hot water to break up a plugged toilet bowl. Is there something like that on hometalk?

1c baking soda If theres no water in the bottom add boiled water than 2c vinegar which will cause it to fizz and hopefully unclog it you might have to do it a few times!! -

pour a generous amount of dish soap on the mess in the toilet. let sit for half hour or so...then use hot not boiling water a good gallon over the mess. In therory..the soap or conditioner lubes the pipes, the hot water breaks up the tp.
