Your drain is plugged with tree roots outside in your yard. Go to home depot they have root disolver and use this twice a year, Worth the money.
better than paying a plumber anywhere from 100-300 dollars to roto root it out

You may have a clog further down the line. Also check your vent pipe on the roof.

I agree, you may have a clogged pipe further down the line. How far did you run the snake. I had a clog in my kitchen sink that actually was almost all the way down in the pipe. Our friend who works for Roto Rooter does jobs on the side for friends at a very reduced rate. He brought over the big boy snake and said from what ran out, the clog was almost to the pipe that goes out of the house. Some you can't do yourself and you have to bite the bullet and hire a pro. Once you get rid of the clog, frequently run the little plastic stick with the barbs on it that are made to take the hair out of the drain. If the hair is real junky, put in at least a half cup of baking soda and a cup of vinegar and let it foam for about fifteen minutes. Put a gallon of boiling water down to follow and that should take care of all the soap scum that gets caught on the hair and then the pipe. This should help prevent getting hair clogs for a bit longer or all together if you keep up with it.

Call a plummer. Letting this issue continue can cause more major issues.

The 2 baths we are talking are on the 2nd floor. The toilet on the main floor is good only it gurgles once in a while when we flush upstairs.
