Hello! You can try sticking a pin into the hole of the nozzle. If that doesn’t work, try replacing the nozzle that isn’t working with the one that was working on your used can of hairspray. I had to do that once before and nozzle from the used can work just fine on the new can. Good luck!

what about pointing the nozzle away from your face & sticking a needle in the clogged nozzle hole

If it has a removable cover take that off and clean with a toothpick. Replace then hold the can upside down and push the nozzle down. That might help.

Make sure you take the lid off when you wash it. http://www.oprah.com/style/how-to-clean-hairspray-nozzles

Try warming the nozzle with a blow dryer. It may liquefy the clog and let you spray out the offending clog. It could just be some dry hairspray.

Pull the spray button off and soak in a small bowl of nail polish remover, for a little while. Rinse well and replace.

try alcohol... fill a small dish (just deep enough to cover the nozzle... hold nozzle under for a minute or so... repeat if needed

Pull the plastic spray top off, pour enough 91% alcohol in a glass container to cover it; wait about 15 minutes, rinse, blow out any remaining spray by using your mouth to cover the bottom. (Blow strongly! Repeat if necessary.)

Try taking the nozzle off and cleaning it out with a toothpick or unwound paper clip. Then I would hold it upside down and push the nozzle to see if it was working.
