Some hinges are adjustable and some are not... take a picture of you hinge and go to the home improvement store and match it... the instruction on the hinges will tell you how to adjust it.

Depending how "off" they are, you can put a layer or two of cereal box type cardboard between the hinge and the door frame. Cut it the same size as the hinge.

the hinges could be uneven because the holes are worn too big thru constant usage. If is just a simple hinge, remove the door hinge. Fill the original hole with a toothpick splinters as many as you can force in coated with wood glue, or wood splinters and carpenters glue. After they are thoroughly dried sand them to make even with the furniture. Drill a new hole where ever the hinge is properly placed to make the door level. Sometimes it is ALMOST in the old screw hole, thus filling the hole TIGHTLY with wood splinters and glue as much as you can is a must. Use a hammer to force them in the hole and let dry for a day or two. Cutoff, sand, redrill. Works on all oversized holes in wood.
