what part of the hinge is mal functioning? if its the screws you can put a toothpick or 2 into the screw hole cut them even with the the wood. they will tighten up the space letting the screw catch. -

You may want to remove the hinge from your cabinet and take with you to your local home improvement store for finding an identical match. -

I went to home depot...and they happily ordered me new ones...I ordered extras just in case. They didn't charge me since I got my cabinets there.
