Hi, Below is a link that will show you how to go about this. I had a similar problem and tried cleaning the track, oiling the track, etc. but it did not solve the problem. I had a glass repair handyman come and he adjusted screws near the bottom of the door. They were very small and I didn't realize they were there. He adjusted them slightly and problem resolved. Here's a link so you can trouble-shoot your problem and may not have to pay a repair person.

There is a screw at the bottom of the door. Google it as there are many videos on how to fix this problem. Check Your tube also.
Sometimes the wheels on the bottom of the door flatten or wear out... try adjusting the leveling screws first.... then you may have to take one of the wheels off.. as a sample... take it to a hardware or home improvement store and see if you can find replacements (if you have the door off the tracks... you might as well replace all of the little wheels)
