scrape as much off as you can, then soak a rag in rubbing alcohol, let it sit a bit then on the caulk, then scrape the caulk with a sharp utility knife, use a scrub brush and mineral spirits over the residue tho clean it up.

You can also use a blow dryer to soften the caulk and scrape off.
