How do I grout a floor that has much of the grout gone?

Bought a small condo, I have decorated it beautifully, tiles drive me crazy. How do I best re-grout the floors? Most of the tiles are missing grout and the others are a combination of sand and silicone?

You can get a grout saw and remove the remaining grout. It's a $10 hand tool sold in the tile department of any home improvement store. Clean the tiles and then proceed with grout as if it was new tile.
Liz,. You need to buy a grout cleaner tool, and buy grout mix, follow the directions, or buy grout itself. Aloha!
Just buy grout put it in with a sponge squeeze it in between tiles let sit 1/2 hour or longer then wipe up don’t touch grout only wipe tile
Epoxy grout made by Bostick is very costly, but worth every penny. Low maintenance, no shrinkage, no problems.
