Joy, would you please elaborate? I'm not sure what your issue/concern is. What kind of tile do you have? Glass, vinyl sheet, vinyl tiles? A photo would be a huge help.
Wear protective clothing and eye wear. Hammer and chisel to bust up and remove. If for the floor, get a long handle chisel/scrape.
What kind of tile, where?
If it's tile & grout, break it up with a hammer. For sheet vinyl, it could be either glued down or stapled around the edge. Glued down, cut into 2-3' wide strips and use a large putty knife. A heat gun will help soften the glue. Glued down of peel & stick vinyl tile can be taken up the same way.
I would rent a chipping hammer drill at an equipment rental place. The one I rented was $45 for 24 hrs. I rented it in the afternoon so I had two half days. Your going to need knee protectors, safety glasses, a mask, and ear protection. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qDURxQlvuFs&t=128s
