Hang it on a wall as an architectural piece. If it’s not very fancy, you could add moulding.
I suspended an old door from my basement rafters to use as a sturdy shelf for storing bulky off season items, like the Christmas tree and ornament boxes, or camping gear and other summer things.
The possibilities are endless girly! Shelves, benches, barn doors, a table....
All I know (from past experience) is if you DO toss them, hang on to the hardware. They don't make door knobs like they used to!
