Do you want the pallets upright or on the ground? You would go about it differently for both. Upright, you can use hangers and hang plants, or open areas on the pallets and set the pots on the inner wood. Go to the explore projects tab at the top of the page and click on the gardening section and it will show you a lot of ideas, from hanging pots to using the pallets as the planter. I am sure you will find a project that will help you with what you want to do with the pallets and your plants. Have fun with your plants!
What a nice idea!
We did just this with a pallet, first put down a layer of cardboard and then a layer of weed preventer fabric over the cardboard. Put the pallet down flat. Then we put containers of plants that we did not want the wildlife to eat (cucumbers, squash, etc) on top of that. Works well.
