I would take that and attach hooks...put it on a wall, and add a few hanging plants. Even a couple small pictures mixed in. Stained or painted with a colour you like would be good.
How about a garden gate, like this post?

what about a coffee table? I think of this because I want to make a pallet coffee table. Some hairpin legs. either fill in the gaps with appropriately sized wood, or find a piece to place over top. and stain it to your liking!
Depends on what you want. Usually the project comes before the material, like' what can I make a small step with', answer: a pallet. 'What can I make an herb garden in', a pallet. You can make the back of a gardening bench to hang tools on and pockets to hold seeds...the start of a planter...a screen...a table... 1 side of a compost bin...a doggie gate....or take it apart and use the wood.
Place some legs on it and sand it down. After a coat of paint or stain you have a bench for the deck. If you want to keep it inside use it as a small table, if you need extra seating, remove the items, on top.
If your basement has a tendacy to collect water....under the laundry machines.
