Yes! Place a piece of fabric on a wax paper lined cookie sheet and sprinkle the leftover wax all over the top of the fabric and warm it in a low oven. Once it is all melted and the fabric has absorbed the wax, let it cool. Now you will have a moldable cloth for storing food! It's best done with beeswax. Reusable sandwich wraps in a cinch! ;)

Hi Daphne, since you don't want to use to make new candles, the link below has several uses for the wax. They don't use very much wax so you may have the wax around for a long time! :) https://www.bobvila.com/slideshow/14-new-uses-for-old-candles-49805#candle-wax-can-be-used-to-unstick-a-zipper

If it's scented you can use the candle stubs as you would wax tarts - melting them in a tart burner on a double boiler for a nice scent to your house. If you're crafty you can save crayon stubs, chop them and throw them into the melted candles for the base for funky wax sculptures or pour into silicone ice trays lined with mini cupcake papers for multi colored crayons.
