Hello Sally, You could attach 4 together, paint or stain and you have a coffee table. You could stack a few of them to create book shelves. Good luck. -

Saw a cute idea online for a milk crate ottoman. Also, you could turn a crate into a wine bottle & glass holder. Check on Pinterest too for great ideas! -

Great idea would be to use a different color high-gloss paint for each crate. Designate a colored crate for each child (or family member). Keep in boot room or entryway where boots or muddy shoes can be placed when coming indoors in winter and spring. -

my sis in law just made a bench out of crates and is in middle of making a table it's really cute! She painted and added cushions it's awesome
