Hang a small balance. Put glass shelves across and use for a few plants or decorative items. Use colored water in clear decorative jars on window sill

Search the thrift stores for vintage napkins, tea towels and hankies. Put a tension rod up and drape them over it in neat combinations. Very cute and no holes to drill.

Use curtain rods to have several plants in the window, at various levels or heights. Hanging or Vining plants will thrive and so will you.
