You could try an iron. I would cover the blind with a towel to prevent melting and try a lower setting first.I hope that helps: )Helpful Reply -

Hi Rusty! They sell lead weights to use on blinds for just this purpose. A pack of 12 from Amazon is $8.99 for example.
