You could try an iron. I would cover the blind with a towel to prevent melting and try a lower setting first.

Hi Rusty! They sell lead weights to use on blinds for just this purpose. A pack of 12 from Amazon is $8.99 for example. Here is a site ith a sample of what I am talking about so you can get a better idea of how it works!

I would try ironing first and see how that works, use a towel between the blind and the iron ( on low setting). If that is not enough you might add spray starch.
