From Drop Clothes - Bed Sheets - Charity Shops oe Markets or eBay etc.
Use cheap bed sheets. They are already hemmed. Just sew a pocket for a rod or use drape clips and you don't even need to sew.
Depending on how long. A nice cloth shower curtain.
Find some sheets (even local thrift stores sell them)
Use drapes made from bed sheets. Find a pair of king sheets, with a trim at the top. Fold down enought to get a round rod through. Buy only flat sheets if you can purchase them separately. Hang the sheets as high as the'll go. Some people like to hang them at the top of the ceiling. I don't know if you have cornesses, or not. You can also get clips that come with rings. The rings go on the rod and the clips hold the curtain. This makes it easy to open and close.
Buy cloth at Walmart, they have these stuff for drapes, cheaper yet nice, depends on your taste or type.
