Charley_Drumm on Nov 05, 2015I am planning a vegetable garden for Spring, 2016. Unfortunately, I haven't been saving plastic cup/containers, but will buy inexpensive, plastic cocktail cups to plant vegetable seeds in, poke a drainage hole in the bottom, set them large trays to contain the mess, and place them on tables in my den, which is surrounded by 12, floor to ceiling windows.Helpful Reply

Joyce on Nov 05, 2015First thing that comes to mind is hot glue 3 of them together to create a snowman.Asumming they are white, if not they will need to be painted white. On the top one draw with permeant marker or paint, eyes nose and mouth decorate with a hat and a scarf. Glue string to the back of the face and hang on the Christmas tree.Helpful Reply

Deb on Nov 05, 2015Similar to Joyce, glue together but spray orange to decorate as pumpkins. Can paint faces on or just add curly wire at top.Helpful Reply

CJ on Nov 05, 2015I'm a craft painter so the first thing I thought of is using them for little paint pots for multiple paint projects. Or....for small child paint pots.1 marked as helpful Reply

Heidi Geores on Nov 05, 2015you can use them for Christmas or anytime for outdoor decos, really. Paint/decorate the way you want. I would probably use some outdoor spray paint to make them uniform, punch a hole or make a slit and slip them over some Christmas lights. Hang from umbrella or around porch.Helpful Reply

Gloria DiBenedetto on Nov 05, 2015I have seen them as a salad dressing container within a mason jar. Put your salad for lunch at work in the bottom of the jar, then set the plastic cup at the top and screw the lid on. I tried so many things to try to eat healthier at work. This helped me.Helpful Reply

Z on Nov 06, 2015Using an Xacto knife, cut an X in the bottom and put Christmas lights through them. With colored lights you don't need to do anything else to them, but for fun you could use Sharpie markers and add little designs on them. If you want more ambient light, spray them a dark color and poke holes in them with a hot needle for little sparkle lights. You can also make a globe by stapling them together making a ball with their bottoms to the inside leaving enough room to slide a swag light kit through them for a hanging light fixture. Or make the X's as mentioned above, stick the Christmas lights through and then staple them together for mood lighting.Helpful Reply
