Probably yellow! Only because its somewhat neutral. It can go with alot and does not conflict with other colors. I personally love red and orange colors. But I would never tell someone to paint THEIR home those colors unless they loved them dearly! Yellow is safe an oh so cheery!

I would also say yellow because of the ability to use so many colors with it but orange is my fave! I like orange as a great pop of color accent

I agree, personal taste all the way. I hate yellow and blue, love them in other peoples homes but can't live with them in my own. I'd have to say turquoise and orange. Such a vibrant and fresh color scheme. Of course right now I have touches of both but green tends to be my go-to color.

I think it would depend on the room. I have a pale yellow in my kitchen, a soft green in my bedroom. I have accent walls in my living room (blue) and dining room (red).

Hi Marcy My favorite thing is to use a "pop" of color as an accent. That way, it can be changed seasonally or as your tastes change. Use a vase, toss pillow or throw, even a lampshade or small accent rug to add a dash of color. I like a little red in each room and am also fond of gold. I find warm colors soothing. Don't be afraid to experiment! Sometimes you get inspiration just walking down the pillow aisle at Target!

Is my previous home I had Vanilla Cream Behr paint on the walls a soft yellow. The room got morning light and glowed. At night the color look more of a off white/beige making easy to put in any color I wanted.
