Metallic Paint Effect

Tammy@Deja Vue Designs on May 29, 2013You can get a very similar effect by using a "LOOKING GLASS" paint from hobby lobby or any craft store....then right before it's completely dry...spritz a little vinegar/water mix on the paint. you can dab a paper towel on it to pick up a little more of the paint if desired.Helpful Reply

Elaine Simmons on May 29, 2013I have read on several blogs that when this was first posted, the directions said to spray inside. But later, it was said to spray on outside, then you can use it as a vase. I have never tried it myself but want to.Helpful Reply

Revi on May 29, 2013I spray both inside and outside. Spraying inside gives a gray matte look, and outside gives a shiny finish.Helpful Reply
