Coke Bottle Bird Feeder

Things used: 2 liter coke bottle, 2 wooden spoons, 2 plastic spoons, acrylic paint, rope. I drilled a hole on the lid and put a screw to tie the rope. Finches, thrushes, sparroes, and other birds love it!

Thanks for sharing your idea! I think that I am going to have to try it out. I made hanging seedling holders/rain chains out of my empty soda bottles. I have some left over and I know that my birds are going to love it! Now if I can just keep the squirrels and chipmunks out of it.LOL:)

Larose, it is a pretty easy project. The birds seem to love it. We don't get squirrels around here but if I could only keep the pigeons away, it would be nice.
