KMS Woodworks on Apr 29, 2012why are you wanting to resurface?...Is the color wrong?. Tile is very durable for outdoor stuff when it is installed properly. If you do decide to replace the tile "demo" is not that bad if an air chisel is used...I do that all the time.Helpful Reply

Burco Surface & Decor LLC. on Apr 29, 2012You can do a concrete overlay on top of the porcelain. I would recommend hiring someone who specializes in concrete, its not difficult but you need to know what you are doing.Helpful Reply

Kris on Apr 29, 2012Thanks to everyone. I like the concrete overlay. Can I trowel it on to look like stone? Do I need to add any type of adhesive to bond the concrete with the tile?Helpful Reply

Burco Surface & Decor LLC. on May 02, 2012Kris you can trowel it on to look like stone, and thats probably your easiest method of applying. After it cures you can go back and stain to make it look even more stone like.Helpful Reply
