Peg on Jun 16, 2013it's lovely and yes, looks like an ornamental cabbage/kale. By trimming away the old leaves, you create the stalk, it keeps growing from the top. Nice as a centerpiece in a large pot accented with flowers of a contrasting color around the base.Helpful Reply
