I need rose bushes help!!!

I planted some rose bushes a while back & they dont seem to be doing so good. Do yawl have anygood ideas on what I can do to help themget along.

When you say "a while back," do you mean years or weeks or ... " I have found "Bill's Rose Fertilizer" pretty helpful for my roses, which I otherwise thoroughly neglect.

What steps did you take when you planted them? Are they getting at least six hours a day of full sun?
