Can anyone help with a stinky sink drain?

When we unto our kitchen sink to let out water it smells disgusting! Seems to only be one side though. We've cleaned our garbage disposal. We have ground up ice cubes. We ground up citrus peels. Tried the baking soda and vinegar tip. We have tried cleaning tabs bought at store. Everything is just temporary. I think it is like using room spray it just masks the odors for a short time. My husband thinks the piping is not right but our whole house was rebuilt in 2011 even our plumbing and this has only been about a year with this problem. ANY Ideas??

any home improvement store sells a cleaning product you put down the drain and not run water for around 8 hours.

I would go to a plumbing supply store for suggestions. Professionals will sometimes have access to things the local public doesn't. Maybe they would have something for you to use. If not I bet they would have an idea what might be going on. Hope you find an answer.

Same problem here but I use bleach. Let it stand in pipes for 15 minutes. It will do you for about 3-7 days until it starts again. There is not enough slope to your pipes therefore holding water.

Is a garbage disposal attached to that drain? Grab a paper towel, wet it (add a bit of vinegar), reach under the rubber flange and wipe away....the black gunk that's there will amaze you!

Maybe a small clog further down the pipe? I'd pour a good bit of Dawn down drain after running hot water to get it heated up & run that HOT water & darn fir like a full 5-10 min. If not consider drain clean out
