Wilma Fendrick on Jul 24, 2016I would go to a plumbing supply store for suggestions. Professionals will sometimes have access to things the local public doesn't. Maybe they would have something for you to use. If not I bet they would have an idea what might be going on. Hope you find an answer.Helpful Reply

Von on Jul 24, 2016Same problem here but I use bleach. Let it stand in pipes for 15 minutes. It will do you for about 3-7 days until it starts again. There is not enough slope to your pipes therefore holding water.Helpful Reply

4156547 on Jul 24, 2016Is a garbage disposal attached to that drain? Grab a paper towel, wet it (add a bit of vinegar), reach under the rubber flange and wipe away....the black gunk that's there will amaze you!Helpful Reply

Kathy Nichols on Jul 24, 2016Maybe a small clog further down the pipe? I'd pour a good bit of Dawn down drain after running hot water to get it heated up & run that HOT water & darn fir like a full 5-10 min. If not consider drain clean outHelpful Reply
