Have little moths that came from grain or other food articles. They come out onto my kitchen ceiling at night.

Hi there, we had an infestation of them last year. So frustrating and had to throw everything that wasn’t canned or in a sealed container out and completely clean and wipe every surface. We also bought sticky moth traps. Apparently, they have some kind of pheromone inside that attracts the moths and then they get stuck. We’ve also hung bay leaves in our pantry (my Mom’s advice) and that seems to work. They haven’t been back this year.
I cleaned out all my bread drawers, etc. I threw out all my rice, beans, etc Bisquick, flour and washed cabinets out. They are drastically better but not entirely gone. Freezing flour, etc. Is my next step and looking through my basement storage room 8s something I just realized I had not done yet. Good luck to us.
