I have used stain before but it stains darker than the leather. The couch is almost like a milk chocolate in color. would I need to use stain but go many shades lighter than the color of the couch to make it match instead of darker???

I’ve had pretty good results just wiping down with white vinegar. Use generous amount of vinegar.

That probably would work BUT I know it can go rancid with time. I think we decided to go with Leather luv cream products. Thanks.

I saw one website that really improved the scratches on her leather couch with olive oil. Google it and see what you think

Liquid rit dye worked wonderful on our red leather furniture. Use use damp paper towel, choose color of due that's matches your leather, rub on, that's it. The wetter your paper towel, or the more you dilute the dye with water the lighter your color will be.
