Door replacement ideas!

So we have a small house and our top floor is just 2 bedrooms a landing and linen closet. I want to remove the bedroom doors and replace them with something else decorative. The doors get in the way. I know there is the standard curtains but I was hoping for something else. Thanks

Have you seen decorative beads being hung? I know that it brings to mind really tacky 70s stuff, but Google some images - there are some super classy and gorgeous designs..

    folding screens or pocket doors

thought about those but our upstairs is 1/2 a storey and has curved walls because of the attic space sothere is no where to put a pocket door and my husband hates the idea of a folding door

or.....double louvered doors (or even not louvered) for each door opening, that would cut the space they take up when open in half, and if they opened inward, they wouldn't take up any space in your limited hallway space.

Depending on how much room you have around the doorways, could you put a sliding door in place of the door? (Like a sliding closet door but only one panel). It could actually be put inside the room if you have no wall space in the hallway.

unfortunately with the curved walls there is no way to get a pocket door in on the one side and the other side is the closet .
