Brr! Drafty windows- how to cut the draft?

Check out Amazon. They sell Garage Door Thresholds that you apply to the garage floor to seal it against water leaks. Big box home improvement stores might also sell them. I use one just to keep critters and dust out of my garage.
If it does not have weather stripping, it may need some or be replaced. An easy fix. Any hardware or home improvement store will have what you need. Measure the width of your door and buy a little extra for "wiggle room" - easy enough to install yourself or get a friend or family member to help.
we used the garage door threshold. It worked well to keep water out
