You can get the low growing moss from Lowes or Home depot. It works great! You can also find perennials that just spread low.
You can usually find at your local dollar store- have fun!
Try pinching back plants to slow the upward growth. Pinching will cause a fuller plant that will grow a bit closer to the ground.
You can find this anywhere, Lowe's or a Ace hardware, these are so pretty, and a nice start for kids. J.
My local garden store carries a line of plants used to plant in between sidewalk cracks, meant to be walked on. They remain small and are attractive.
