Let them establish for a few weeks. Re-potting and transplanting at the same time will send the plant into shock.

I like clay with slits in them. This allows excess water to drain off. They require more watering, but are happier. I have mine sitting in a Boot tray (Gardener's Supply) to hold the excess water to provide humidity.
I use glazed pots that have ventilation holes all around the sides. Some breed of orchids like a long fiber sphagnum moss mixed with other media.
