How long have they been planted?
Some tulips are hybrids which only bloom for one or two years. When you buy them from a catalog, read in the description if they are intended to come back in following years.
You need to give your bulbs bone meal or bulb tone when planting and in the spring and fall. They need food in order to bloom.
Your tulips may be too crowded in addition to needing feriLife's.
Echoing everyone else-most varieties bloom for about two years, then drop off or send up one giant fat leaf and no bloom. There are perennial varieties available by catalog. I've had some from White Flower Farm for 15 years! Now that's a perennial!!!
I WILL TRY GIVING THEM FOOD AND SEE WHAY HAPPENS NEXT YEAR
HOPE IT WORKS THEY WERE PLANTED 3 YEARS AGO AND ONLY FLOWERED ONCE.
i would add one additional thing- the perennial variety still must be buried deeply enough.
