My lime tree has a blackish sort of mildew film on the leaves- help!

I live in southeast Texas. Do you know what it is and are there any natural/ organic remedies to get rid of it?

Us a systemic natural organic fungicide.

It may have aphids. They secrete "honey dew" which the feeds mold. Insecticidal soap spray will help.
