What's the easiest way to make something for your grape vine to run?

My grape vines are out of control and I need to make something so they can run on, I'm finding it hard to come up with any ideas.

I used an upside down mounted on landscape timbers frame for an old swing.
stand some pallets up on end for them to run on
Build something similar to the old clotheslines and run heavy wire on eyehooks back and forth between the poles. This will give them something to wrap their tendrils around and climb. A hard pruning in the fall may be necessary. Grapevine wreaths?
Try using a ladder.
I'll have to see if I can find some type of poles to try this out.
