Does anyone know when I can transplant a hydrangea bush in Florida?

    I've always followed the rule of thumb, here in New England, to transplant before leaves are set out or when plant goes dormant in the fall (before hard frosts set in---which you don't need to worry about in Florida)

    In Florida it would be best in your winter time.

    Always transplant in late fall or early spring all perennial plants that are dug up from the garden... Potted plants from the garden center can be planted anytime ...
