Rusty milk can -bulging bottom so it doesnt sit flat any suggestions?

If you are using it for decorations, perhaps you can gently pound the bottom back to "sitting" position with a rubber mallet. If you can't without putting a hole in it, you could find a slightly larger low bucket or wooden box to set it in and brace the sides so it sits in level. Rocks might work, or scraps of wood if the box doesn't show them. Hope that helps.

Sandra has the right idea! Turn the can over. Use a regular hammer and gently start hammering from the outside perimeter towards the center in a circle.

Are you using it outside or inside; if outside, does it really need the bottom? You could transition to an outdoor decoration and then the rust doesn't matter; use the dirt around it to create a stand and fill it with dirt and plant something in it.

I am wanting to make an outdoor table with it. So it needs to have a flat bottom. I will try the hammer idea and see if that will work. Otherwise I might have to put a wood bottom on it.
