i would use mop n glow. It will give them a bit of a shine but still not give a slippery feel to them.
Bona is highly recommended for stone floors. But first I would steam clean them to be sure they are thoroughly cleaned, then use the recommended Bona product for stone.
Endust will shine them and it is not slippery. It might soak in but if you use it often it will hold more shine. We have a stained concrete in our office and used it for years.
Stone shines with beauty when it is cleaned & waxed...I prefer to use paste wax & then buff it to a fantastic luster & shine...and it lasts longer & helps seal the stone.
Linseed oil would work well just make sure that it is in its pure form and not mixed with other oils that won't soak in:)
