How else can you get seeds to grow? They're not coming up!

When planting seeds how else can you get them to grow when you have already given them miracle grow every 2-3 weeks and they still are not coming up. HELP

Were the seeds sown in the ground?What temperature is your area?
What kind of seeds.? You don't put Miracle Gro on seeds. Seed may be old, Ground may be still too cold. several reasons.
Seeds might be too old....to young when saved....some flowers take a long time to germinate....many reasons....no do not use fertilizer on seeds...will burn off baby roots. What kind are they and how deep did you plant them?
