Trying to disguise the well head? Block it from view....trellis panels, either pvc buy it at big box diy store or diy with post and fencing, and climbing plants. Do leave an opening for maintenance.
There's a company that makes large fake rocks or boulders out of plastic. They come in different sizes to go over protruding things like well heads, sprinkler boxes, etc.
