Help! Humidity is causing wet floor!

We live in the south where the humidity is very high, our screened-in back porch floor, which is concrete, sometimes collects the water, is there something I can do to stop that?
I would like to paint it or something, any suggestions would be great

Hi Deana: I lived in Houston for decades and also had a screened in patio. When you say it's collecting water, do you mean that there are areas that puddle? Mine would just get very slick all over because of the humidity. The only thing we did was install a ceiling fan which didn't help the problem, but kept the concrete floors dry. I put a large rug out there as well. This certainly isn't the answer you were looking for, I'm sorry, but let me know more?

A dehumidifier on an open screened in porch is throwing money out the window. The purpose of a dehumidifier is for enclosed spaces such as basements that need to be kept dry. I just purchased a nice rug 5 x 8 from Home Depot on line for less than $70 as it was on sale. It is washable.
First where is the water coming from? Rain? I would just buy a high velocity floor fan and call it a day. Anything you lay on top will eventually mold unless washed regularly.
