Also agree with above. You should be able to grow bumper crops with healthy soil. If you can get a tiller in there, mix it together that way. My first garden I started with sterilized manure, potting soil and top soil, tilled it in with our neighbors tiller and had the best crop. My son had to go door to door with wagons full of produce for the neighbors. The garden was only 12x12.
