How to make a windshield stand?

Please don't think I am mad, but has anyone got any ideas how to make a stand for a windshield? I want to be able to move it about on the patio depending on the direction of the wind. Any helpful ideas would be welcomed. Most ideas we have had didn't work with the windshield blowing over!

Is there a way that you can weigh down the bottom? So that wind doesnt blow it over? Maybe adhere it to a brick, or another heavy substance, good luck!

I'd look for a large fireplace grate and heavy andirons. Could also be very decorative. I'd Place the concave side inward, just as it would be in a car. Otherwise the wind collects on that side. Think aerodynamic.

Sorry I omitted to mention it is a beach windshield. 6 poles with 70 cm of material in between each pole and 120 cm high.

Our thoughts were to drill holes for the poles into a railway sleeper, but a garden centre advised us that wouldnt work because it would just blow over.

I would put each pole in a large pot filled with rock, The rock will allow you to take the widscreen down when you don't need it up That way you can take the windscreen apart to store it.
