Hornworm( the ones that are green ) and they eat my tomato plants up. What can I do to keep them off.

Check your plants daily. If you see them, pull them off with your hand and drown them in a bowl of water or, step on them. Of course you can use gloves.
Spray the under side and over of the leaves with horticultural oil and apply food grade diatomaceous earth on around the plants.
Your local nursery should have both
