How do get rid of build up on shower head if it can't be removed

    Wrap the shower head with a cloth soaked in white vinegar and leave on overnight.

    Pour some white vinegar into an oversized balloon, secure it onto the shower head overnight, run water through it once removed the next day.

    Use a plastic zip lock bag filled with vinegar on the shower head. Secure it with some string.

    You need to do the vinegar bath every few months. I like to use an old toothbrush and clean the holes in the shower head with baking soda, just for good measure. Best wishes!

    Pour white vinegar in small plastic bag and secure around shower head with rubber band make sure it is in the vinegar, let it stay on overnight then remove and scrub with old tooth brush!

    I would try SOS pads. I would try the SOS first, then if that fails, spray it with kitchen cleaner, and then let this sit, and then use the SOS pads. If this doesn't help, just write back, and I will think of other ideas, ok? Some places, like a sink, you have to do several times, to finally get this area clean. As a last resort, I would try Ajax, then use SOS. The secret, is to let this sit, and soak in, I hope this helps you, best wishes, Judy.
