Where is the best place to find wooden pallets?

    I think you could find wooden pallets at your local Home Depot store.

    Large companies should always have them. If you have a business park nearby with lots of different businesses and companies, you could check there too.

    Newspaper or commercial print shops will have them.

    Saw some advertised on Craig's list today. Might ask at Lowes or Menard's.

    If you check Craigslist you can usually find them in the free section.

    A lot of warehouses will give them to you

    Check behind your supermarket, or the school cafeteria.

    Almost anywhere big stores get deliveries. Hardware, some housing or plumbing places, some grocery stores. Some places have to return certain pallets, but alot of them have piles laying around.

    Any place that receives bulk orders. The nicer ones are usually at places that use lumber. E.g. Home improvement stores, cabinet makers, wood shops, etc. Their loads are heavier the pallets have to be built better. Usually free.

    Warehouse areas or supermarkets. Check your local craigslist too, people always post them.

    Look on craigslist under free stuff. Most companies are looking to get rid of pallets.
