Try using white vinegar and water 50/50
You can try vinegar and a dehumidifier . Lowe's and Home Depot sell mold and mildew abatement products as well .

Used this all over outside from roof to driveway patio and landscape stones . Does not work quickly but completely removes it all !!
There is a commercial cleaner made for mold removal on siding; spray on, wait and hose off. I used it on my Hardie board. Bought at Lowes
