Depends on if it is a copper pipe that is perment affixed or one that screws in.
because you don't know the extent of the water damage to the green board or the possibility of mold behind it I would pull it and replace it.
It depends on how saturated the gree board is.
If the green board is soft or crumbly you will need to replace that. Green board is somewhat moisture and mold resistant.

Not yet. Have to check the board to see if damaged like discribed. Guess I'm going to have to get a pro to look at it
