I don't know the proper Botanical identification but, in Ontario, Canada, it goes by the common name of "Snow in Summer". It's very pretty.

I don't know the name but have some though mine have never flowered. They go to seed and spread prolifically if not kept in check. Anybody know why mine don't have the pretty flower?
