It depends on how good the drainage in the area is. A concrete slab is nice as it is a solid surface to start building on, but can be expnsive to pour if not existing. A raised wood floor is good too depending on what you want to use the shed for.
With raised wood you also have to think about what can get under the shed like rabbits, skunks, snakes and the like. After that first one, we've gone with the slab.

Of you have a lot of rain , I would use concrete floor
Concrete floor will last forever where as wood would have to be replaced at some point and time.
